A remote licensed Sales Agent will call the customer within minutes of them completing the Quick App to answer any questions or complete the transaction.
Elo+ Insurance offers another way to simplify and improve the customer experience and ensure customers can drive off the lot without complications, creating an additional revenue stream for the dealership and a smoother sales process for the driver.
Theft Benefit Protection
A GPS tracking system can help authorities locate missing or stolen vehicles, but what if your customer’s vehicle is stolen and never found? Or the vehicle is returned with significant damages? A smart tracking device combined with theft benefit protection can help customers receive cash benefits or financial assistance for their unrecovered or damaged car.
If the driver’s vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days or is recovered and declared a total loss, there will be a $3,000 benefit paid out to the Warranty Holder, plus a $2,000 replacement allowance towards the purchase of a replacement vehicle from the issuing dealer. If the driver’s vehicle is stolen and recovered damaged but not totaled, they will be eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,000 to pay their primary insurance deductible. In either event, the driver will be eligible for reimbursement of up to $25 per day for 20 days for rental car expenses.
