Driver Frequently Asked Questions
Elo GPS FAQs
Elo GPS is a connected car solution that provides real-time vehicle location, vehicle health and maintenance alerts, as well as stolen vehicle recovery. It is installed in your vehicle before you leave the dealership.
Check the email or phone number you provided to the dealership, when registering for Elo GPS. If email, check your spam or junk folder. If you didn’t receive a text or an email, please reach out to our Customer Support Team and they can help you get a new registration code.
Click the Forgot Password link in the mobile app on the login page.
Go to your Vehicles tab in the Elo GPS app and select the Alerts tile to update preferences.
- Web application: When logged in, scroll down the Vehicles page and your subscription information is at the bottom.
- Mobile application: Select Vehicle, click on the Details icon, then scroll down and your subscription information is available to view.
- Mobile Application: When logged in, click on account, then click on Add Vehicle, enter registration code that you received in an email or text message based on the email or phone number you provided at the dealership.
- Web Application: Click on the drop-down menu, which is located at the upper left-hand side of the page. Click Add Purchase, enter registration code that you received in an email or text message based on the email or phone number you provided at the dealership.
Contact our Customer Support Team if your vehicle location is not updating.
CarRx FAQs
CarRx is a feature included with Elo GPS at certain participating dealerships. It is a health and vehicle diagnostic scan that automatically checks your vehicle every 15 minutes while it’s running. You must register with both the Elo GPS and CarRx mobile apps in order to take advantage of its benefits.
The dealership you purchased service from may not be participating in the CarRx program.

Contact our Customer Support Team if the CarRx app is not updating with new diagnostic information.
At this time only the dealership service was purchased from is available in your CarRx app as a service location.
